ENGINEER needed for Arabella, 157’ 3-masted aluminum schooner for busy summer season. Looking for candidates with 3 years or more experience as engineer. We will also consider deckhands who have engineering backgrounds and want to move into an engineering role. Five weeks of charter based out of Newport RI. Crew of 8 onboard for charters. When not on charter, we are anchored in NY Harbor (with Jersey City as our base) and we do day charters in the harbor. 5 days on and 2 days off when not on charter. We are USCG-certified and US flagged. Applicants must be US citizens and enroll in our USCG drug testing program.

The family would like to find a Chef with expertise in a range of cuisines to cook fresh meals for their family but also handle a multi-course menu when they entertain (small groups not large events). The Chef will primarily cook lunch and dinners and prepare meals in advance for some lunches and snacks for family, guests and live-in staff in Hamptons.
