STEW/DECK. We are an extremely busy Private/charter boat that, bounces between Caribbean/Bahamas and U.S.A. doing as many Charters as we can(+-12 a year with an average of$2500 to $3000 in tips per charter, sometimes more.), whilst also doing Family trips with the boss and his family. This Often leads to early starts and late nights whilst on trips but, shorter days when possible whilst in the yard or between trips.(0730-1600) if the workload permits it. Although we put in the long hours, we don’t complain as we have good charter tips and great work environment to compensate for our hard work. The Boss and his family/ Friends are all really fantastic people to work for….they are hands down the most fun loving and respectful family I have had the pleasure of working for in my yachting career. This is the second boat of theirs I have worked on. Similarly, I have worked for this captain on two other vessels, and he is awesome and really has the crew's backs.
